May I ask you: Do you think the you are eating healthy?

You probably answer quickly as most people do…

“Yes, I’m eating healthy. I follow this xxx health plan to the “T”

or something like this…

“Yes, I make sure that I get my proper amount of xxx “

That’s all great until your energy- or health level are not more at their BEST.

You have dreams and  desires in life…but you can’t keep it up. It becomes very clear – changes need to be made!!!

But where to get started to avoid discomfort or even disease which would lower the quality of your lifestyle drastically?

As the majority of us learnt from their family everything they know about life. Later we learnt more in school, social interactions, media, medical field…all have made us belief and follow certain ideas or thinking pattern as true. We are heavily programmed and don’t even recognize it.

When we follow nature’s and Universe’s guide trusting its laws we actually cause our health to have the effects we are dreaming about. This means we pay attention to it and experience us as a part of the Universe. Let’s test it out. Take actions and align your food intake with the laws of nature.

In this way changing the way you eat can be fun and it can be a fast way to experience higher levels of vitality.

But how can we change what we are not even aware about?

As Einstein so wonderful stated:

Listen to NATURE and the UNIVERSAL POWER
Want to be alive and strong?…Ingest LIFE. Eat and drink nature’s food that fits our Human species. Inform every cell – especially your immune system – about the frequencies of life stored in natural grown food.
Here are THREE great reasons to start with alive food
Daily Done – Everyone (almost everyone) eats and drinks every day. Repeating healthy life-supporting habits will create more life. Repeat it over and over again.
True Life Source – Food specific for our species and grown in nature vibrates at the frequency of life informing our cells about life. Processed food is noticed by the body as poison.
Control – You are in complete commend whatever you drink and eat to experience a healthy physical body.
Probably you have noticed…we are not JUST our physical body. We do need to understand more in depth WHO are so that we can make smarter food choices and not blindly follow a diet plan and counting calories. It’s not a good idea to become rigid on your dietary regime following a diet plan for the rest of your life. It’s about discovering what food is energizing, keeping you in the flow and helping at any given moment in time best to experience most possible human potential or living your dream?
We are multi-dimensional energetic beings having an earthly experience and are living in different bodies that exist simultaneously on different levels of vibrations.

  1. Why? do I want to make a change towards more alive food? List at least three reasons on a sheet of paper, dream about for a while and allow your inner wisdom to reveal the next steps…
  2. What? are the most pressing and important life areas for me right now? Prioritize! Choose the most important area you want to focus on next. If health is most important then get clear on…
  3. When? am I going to make the change? Write it into your calendar, on the fridge, task list, on the bathroom mirror…wherever you can remind yourself.
  4. Where? is my greatest strengths and possibilities to make a health change happen quickly?
  5. What relaxes me?
